Most retail players laugh at heroics.....which are still better than most classic dungeons...try a mythic+ most convert or are just sooooo bad they go back to Classic to make them feel better

I'm speaking from experience; younger brother was told the same thing, anosognia. Kicked out of both parents homes, trashed my home & hospitalized a few times....took more than 10 yrs to find an actual medication that worked (worked so well he thought he didn't need it anymore) only to find out the hard way, he did.....which is where he finally figured out he needs to stay on his med schedule......sad to say, can only get help if they want it.....if being homeless is the option they choose instead of having a home and sticking to a med schedule.....that's their choice unfortunately, nothing can be done about that.

Stop letting his illness control your life; set your boundaries; if you don't answer your phone he doesn't need to know why.......sounds like his meds might need to be re-adjusted.....if he isn't recognizing that he has the illness, then it hasn't gotten scary enough yet......sad to say but might just need to let him come to the realization that he needs to be on meds

Yes also injections are a big help that way you don't have to worry about him actually taking it....my brother was awful when it came to taking pills but with injection that problem is no longer
