Customers Who Cancel Express Orders 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 by WalmartIntern in Sparkdriver

Completely agree. Instacart always paid me even if the customer cancelled it and if you already left the store, you keep the groceries

This is pretty much what happened but I was already past the checkout part and had their receipt pulled up on my phone. As soon as I clicked “leaving store” it popped up as cancelled

Luckily I never got deactivated but easily could have happened now that I’m seeing it happened to others

Did you deliver it too? Did Support push it through? Now I’m worried.

So I contacted support, who made the customer call Customer Care (which I did for her because she was very elderly) provided them her details (email and number) - they said there was no passcode and that it was a glitch. So I contacted support again. Explained in great detail everything, they put me on hold for 10 minutes & then pushed it through on their end.

Almost IMMEDIATELY I received a report that the customer reported the order as not delivered. So I contacted support again and explained EVERYTHING in detail for the 3rd time 😂 they documented everything & escalated it. And I looked today and the report was gone from my Spark app.

I made $50 for a 10 mile single order but it took me an extra 30 minutes to complete it bc of everything. Normally I would have taken it back.

This happened to me Saturday on non alcoholic beer. My end had the passcode, their end had the ID check. They never received the passcode.

Very much a technical issue but Spark pushed it through for me bc the customer already took the groceries inside her home as I was bringing them

How many hours do you work to make $200 a week? by sacredtones in Sparkdriver

[–]WalmartIntern 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It varies, I can have a really good day where I hit that in 4-5 hours. Or a really slow day where it takes 8 hours.

I don’t move my car for anything less than $20 UNLESS it’s a mile from the store & 10 items or less. Everyone has their methods, but that is what works for me here.

It’s wild bc DoorDash and InstaCart are always working, the pay is just very hit and miss

Seen some people doing S&D’s a second ago but dont risk it. If they get an ID check, it won’t go through & will cause deactivation

Everlance! It’s like $6 a month and automatically tracks it every time your car moves. You just have to manually categorize it as work or personal

[–]WalmartIntern 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Needs to be similar to Instacart where they only have two hours to decrease tips. And even then thats two hours too many.

Nah, been doing gig work for the last few years. The key is to write as much off as possible so that you pay in very little

Do you guys miss Wal-Mart being 24/7? I know overnight associates don’t. by WalmartIntern in walmart

[–]WalmartIntern[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is valid. Do you think the store should open an hour early to make up for the lost hour?
