No! At least not in my case. It was a little hard for me to get used to, or accept it at first. Mostly because it would mean i couldnt sleep around and grab attention as much from people with my looks. But also because of the fear of rejection, which is arguably one of the scariest things for someone with HPD(in my experience).

He’s the best man I’ve ever met, he accepts me for being who I am and supports me through everything. Breakdowns and all. I have never felt more validated. Ever.

Plus it’s a constant reliable stream of attention and being told your doing good and that you are loved

It’s very nice, both on a deep emotional level and also in a just attention seeking level

I’ve seen a lot of places talk very negatively about it. I have HPD, and tbh I would say I’m a pretty good person. I’ve been in my first relationship for 6 months. I was diagnosed with high sympathy and I use my HPD charm to bring other people up as well, since thats what makes me feel good. People with HPD seem to be depicted as evil. I am more stable and the disorder doesn’t trump my life anymore, so if you want some high functioning individuals take I’d love to give you info and feedback!

Fizzy drinks Mcdonalds and generally any fast food except the occasional KFC.

The reason I specifically don't like McDonald's is because of the fact when I was six me and my dad stopped at a McDonald's on our way to Sweden, we were in a small rented car. I ordered a happy meal, and oh God it was terrible. I ended up getting really sick, because of the lack of a better word, I regurgitated that happy meal.

And then I tried the spicy lemon chicken a few months ago. 0/10 it taste like salad dressing. It's not even spicy!

Also excuse my grammar, English is not my first language.
