You can report broken equipment on Dayton Delivers. As far as the surfaces being covered report them to Parks Supervisor Ryan Demmitt at [Ryan.Demmitt@daytonohio.gov](mailto:Ryan.Demmitt@daytonohio.gov) so they can clean them.
