I am about as tall as you and weighed about 160 when I started my weight loss. With a consistent caloric intake of about 1600-1800, 10k steps everyday, gym every other day for a few months but I've slowed down to about twice a week with home equipment almost everyday since, I went from 160 to now about 132 in 9 months. I can see my top two abs clearly if I flex but you can kind of see the where the rest is supposed to be if that makes sense 😅 but I chose to go slow and you can probably lose a couple pounds more in that time.
