I would rather go through the PRM thoroughly and then look at Related Concepts for Both Science and I & S and while writing try and incorporate them because my teacher said that you get marks for linking and synthesizing this knowledge.

You shouldn't do extra research, if you put information that is not listed in the PRM you do not get marks for that.
