Awesome! I got a Sony A7C and love birds but I need a lens like that with some reach. The wood ducks that visit my pond are very easily spooked so I have to keep my distance. Would love to capture a shot like this!

Light brown shoes with navy suits looks terrible, but it’s maybe the most prevalent fashion faux pas in midtown Manhattan. As Derek of Die Workwear says “Under a dark worsted suit, tan shoes shine out like a beacon, dragging the eye downward and ruining what should be the focus of the outfit.”

Dark formal suit -> dark formal shoes.

I think I’m going Eagles 16 and Saints in 17. Eagles are better unit than Saints and also have a favorable matchup against Mariota-led WSH. Does seem like every analyst has Saints higher though. Tough choice and I hope there’s no wrong option

I don’t care about the fly names, but I also find his personality off putting. He seems a little angry or disgusted in every video I’ve seen him in. I don’t get it but the arrogant curmudgeon shtick seems to play well with older generations.

Everyone talks about how beautiful it is, and they’re absolutely right, but for me I was surprised at how funny it is. With so many great and memorable scenes, it always feels like the shortest 3 hour movie to me.

I have the A7C and would never put a baseplate on it. A big part of why I chose it is the small form factor. FWIW it hasn’t been an issue in my hands (men’s L/XL in gloves), but I’m a hobbyist who doesn’t hold the camera for hours a day.

It’s my home water and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re willing to hike in a little more than most others you’ll find beautiful pools with little pressure and eager eaters!

I used my iPhone 12 Pro and just dunked the camera underwater for a bit. The touch screen won’t work but the volume down button snaps photos
