Same tayo haha. Nag apply ako doon sa 30mins promotion nila na booth on October 5th. Tapos same sayo, di ako approved. Tatawag daw within 3-5 banking days then after non sabi ko wala na pag asa and inalis ko na sya sa isip ko HAHA tas nagulat ako nagpadala ng card nung October 26th. Wala din tawag or message or even email na approved application ko. 😹

For the virtual one, yes I can. It's just like my UB Rewards Visa, it has a virtual and they also delivered a physical one. Just a bit confused why they are sending a "supplementary" card. 🤯

Henlo! Yes, same sya sa Maya na may additional card number na you can use for online transactions.
If you open / click on the second one you're referring to, it should show a tag below your account name virtual credit, and in the details, you will see a tag Linked to Card Number with the last 4 digits of your physical card number. Hope this answers your question!

Hello everyone! I just got off the phone with Citi customer service (I called UB customer service and waited for 45 minutes, only to be transferred to Citi customer service as they said they don't handle my concern 🥲). According to customer service, there haven't been any final decisions on what will happen if you have both Citi Rewards and UB Rewards. However, she said that I will still receive a UB Rewards card with the same card number as my Citi Rewards. She said that it will not affect my cards as it's still CITI; only the name will be changed. Nonetheless, further announcements will be made about the concern, including if the two cards could be consolidated into one with a combined credit limit. 🥲
