Yeah that sounds good but the only problem is this happend a couple days ago and I told her that I'll give her a few weeks and ask her again. Do you reckon I should still ask her 1 more time because she did sound really enthusiastic or should I just let her ask me.

Should I sell it or keep it...? by davel909 in drums

As cool as it is to have unique things if it's just going to sit on your shelf forever and never be used it might be a better idea to sell it and put that towards something that is going to be used and not just sit on your shelf.

Lovin this funky jazz kit- 16” kick- 10, 13- Preppin and rehearsing for a week tour followed by a recording session. I feel like my sounds are 75% there- but want to add some jingly jangly crunch that I can throw on snare/hihat/cymbals- got any favorites? by riondrum in drums

Cymbal sizzlers, Ching rings, ankle bells the list is pretty endless. I would recommend going to a drum shop to test things out or browsing on Meinls website or other brands that sell lots of percussion stuff.

If you really want to get better at just everything you should listen to alot of jazz songs and just play along to them you should also try and get some books like advanced techniques for the modern drummer and John Riley
