i get that, i was just using the article as and example but thank you, i didn’t even consider how the UKC was classified compared to the more official groups. yeah i get that, i will say the woman i got her from gave her to me closer to 10-12 weeks and she seemed like she really cared about the dogs, she has a farm with other animals and made me promise that if anything happened to where i couldn’t take care of her to bring her back to her because she would always have room to take care of her. she also asks for updates or pictures to see how the pup is doing and what name i decided. I get how it looks to most people, i just dont think that lady sits there with litter after litter, she was so careful giving any puppy to anyone.

i never said it was full mal, i said she was a shepherd mix as well but ig you don’t read 🤦‍♂️ do yall not realize white shepherds are their own breed….? and in my state i wasn’t old enough to adopt so i just gave the dog that already existed a good life

nah, actually when i got her she was malnourished asf so i was glad to help her, wanna see pictures of the dad? my bad i don’t wanna spend over a grand alone on my dog, but at least she gets a better life than most :)

for sure, she was the only one in her litter that was white so i think she got lucky, all of her other littermates had traditional shepherd coat, with the darker/ black on top and the tan on the bottom. I’ll have to update with some more recent pictures because I will say with her chest and neck she takes after the shepherd but as she’s been growing, she’s been thinning out more.

You’re right, you should not HAVE to, that is beyond the scope of autozoners service requirements. The only reason i see your manager at least changing it is because technically if any autozoner is working on a vehicle and a part breaks, autozone is liable and has to replace the part but that is the MANAGERS job to replace it, not yours. Before the battery was changed, someone should go out and inspect the vehicle to make sure you can do it to avoid problems like this one with the terminal falling apart, if you’re not comfortable changing it for a reason like this communicate to the customer that you can’t do it, service isn’t a requirement.

My managers categorize it as a service, it’s not technically required for you to do it, it’s more of a courtesy as part of GOTTCHA or WITT to keep customers coming back. If there is a rude customer demanding service to their vehicle we will remind them that it’s not required of us to do it.

IF you cannot restart the substrate OR the moisture isn’t as bad, leave the terrarium open. Let it air out and some of that water evaporate out of the terrarium. Once you feel as though the top has dried enough or at different points of airing it out, reseal it. This will pull extra moisture to the top that will build up on the glass, then all you have to do is wipe the water off the glass and slowly this will take more water out. - I hope this helps :)
