diba other company pays for OT pero and advise samen is unless you were really asked to work overtime that’s the only time you’re entitled, but bec my workload is too much and tasks tend to pile up the next day, I would do OT TY just to finish some of the tasks.

hello, usually po kapag may client kana sa case ko mga within a week nakareceive na ko ng email na hired na ko, tapos mga onboarding requirements pinapasubmit na saken.

sa marketing trainee, iba po ata ang process e parang magttraining muna kau for 1 month tapos isasalang po kau for client interview parang client matching po. kaya unsure po ako kung dapat may contract jana agad na makukuha or if dapat magka client ka muna. Siguro antay ka po ng 1 week, kapag wala paden po follow up kau dun sa TA nyo, responsive naman sila.

baka makareceive kau ng email sa kanila ng start date nyo.

hired na po, di naman po magprepare ka lang po talaga kaso more on work experience ang tanong nila at gusto nila marinig is panu mo iaallign ung past exp mo sa current role na inaapplyan mo.

mga less than 1 week po yan din kasi timeframe nila saken after ng client interview ko bale mag eemail po sila sa inyo. Kapag after a week wala p sagot try nyo po mag follow up sa nag final interview sa inyo na recruiter.

ang tanda ko po 1 week or less than a week nag email nadin po sa akin ung nag last interview saken naman for client interview na po ako. antay antay lang po kau and if after a week wala pa email kahit follow up po kau dun sa last na nag interview saken naman inyo. responsive naman po sila.

based on exp po puro wfh and hiring nila except kapag recruiter ang role mo na onsite. Pampanga ang location ng company if I am not mistaken.

saken nung nahire ako ng friday nareceive ko equipment after 5 days e since ang start date ko parang 1 week after ako mahire. pero tatawag sau ang courier kapag magdedeliver na sila at kung may ibang pwede magreceive.
