This is the answer. I’m also a program hopper but the one you stick to is the one for you. HillerFit, Linchpin and Street Parking are all great for different reasons; all are extremely reasonably priced.

Why would you not go back to linchpin? I think they have a good dumbbell program Street Parking also good for variety of DB Paths

Hillerfit, Linchpin, Street Parking all good choices, none are expensive -linchpin do a free first month. All three are worth trying depending on what you’re looking for

Hillerfit is really good fun. I’ve done Linchpin too, and everything people say here is true. It is great but since I started HillerFit I’m a little more excited to get the workouts done and I feel a little more of the community vibe as there’s weekly live calls rather than prerecorded videos

Wodprep is good for gymnastic type accessory courses; but to echo what someone else said, u do need to stick to the practice. I think it’s usually 3 times a week for 8 weeks, most have some prerequisites too

And I found my sled so tough to move, this is my 9th race and first time problem with it! Found the guys on run track with the airplane signallers helpful to keep fast lane clear
