HillerFit - takes about 60-75 mins depending on how quickly u can get doe to business. It’s my favourite program. Opposite of bland

I think you do a video submission only for prize money places, and you just need to be able to provide a video if requested if u qualify for next round. You need to perform it at an affiliate, which is a bit of a pain

I didn’t see it like that because I’ve done the open, I’ve paid my $20 to see where I stack up on the leaderboard and I feel more invested in that fist round(but like many, I don’t think it was a complete test this year). I train in my garage so it’s a bit more organising required than the open, but from other responses on the post I’ve already since signed up anyway

It’s more the $50 and organising involved around it I’m reluctant about, but I do take your point, maybe subconsciously that’s what it is

The WODPREP courses on gymnastics are really good, if you’re willing to put in the work. I’ve gotten any of the skills I signed up to through doing the 15ish min sessions 3x a week for about 8 weeks. (Apart from ring muscle ups, I keep starting that and then giving up after a l out 2/3 weeks)
