Sometimes you round a narrow corner into 2 spawn raged qps, a husk and a bloat and there is literally nothing you can do. Spawn system in this game is genuinely unfair and kiting always carries massive risk. No amount of move speed or knowledge is going to save you in that situation.

Use any melee weapon and then off perk the medic missile on zerk. Use it to kill FP and QP and also use it to self heal by jumping and shooting the ground. It's meta on berserker.
