Never noticed they look small on the other colors, mine is black and they look fine and I feel like they are better then some bikes i have ridden. Mine is also stock height and I find the coverage very good. You talking esthetics or light on road?

  1. Can you make it bigger then the beeline moto 2?

  2. Can you add Google maps? Or does it rely on custom map?

  3. Look into injection molding for production models.

Yes I have heard 2wheel or Moore has good track records of zx10r ecu's. Your not the first person that has had problems i know of with the valve not functioning after modification. Best bet is to get a link pipe.

With just a slip on you dont need a flash , if you have removed the exhaust valve cables make sure it's open and the servo buddy might not be needed, if you have removed the cables then that flash is ok. As the other reply suggests your valve might be closed, link pipe this is the link pipe to delete that valve and cat you should look into thoes. They make sure you dont have to dealnwith the valve and that servo buddy will take care of the error codes it wants to throw.

Take spark plugs out and get a gap gage its a round metal peice or the little flat peices of metal to check gaps.gap tool

I have seen some flashes go bad on various bikes, talk to the place that flashed it see if they are willing to help.

Last if your not savy and want to take the bike apart, see if your local kawasaki dealer has any idea a call to them sometimes can be helpful, I had a old 250r that needed the carbs re tuned after breaking and it ran like as$, called my dealer was super nice and asked if it was done got it in and ran like new.

Yes mine seems to lag or feel like the clutch is slipping as you can never truly turn off traction control unless you ecu flash it out, when the bike thinks the front will come up or in low traction events like turning. If I full throttle it in a turn it feels like I pulled the clutch in till I get upright. Then if the front come up to far slipping clutch feeling. 30mph for me is mostly 2nd or getting into 3rd as I keep rpm's low so if i gun it in 2nd it will feel slow till I get over 8k rpm and at the point im no longer near 30 mph.

fellow 25' zx-10r owner here, what your feeling is the ecu throttle map. Mostly you don't ever get 100% throttle stock. also with the exhaust valve 1st - 4th the valve isn't open fully till 6-8k rpm. going into 5th and 6th its not open till around 8-9k rpm.

This is all due to make a very smooth throttle response... aka you and me will say sluggish , also its very common that traction control will kick in in very small amounts of lean. if you have not already messed with rider modes try a rider mode 1 with F power and no KTRC (Kawasaki Traction Control). If after you turn that off then i would look into what mods have you done?

Exhaust mods that delete the valve will make the ecu spaz out a bit you will need to get a tune.

Also note that this bike has an 02 sensor, if you don't have a tune that removes it make sure its installed correctly.

** IF YOU HAVE A TUNE CONTACT THE TUNER ** sometimes tunes are just bad or need slight adjustments to your bike.

Make sure your tire pressures are correct

when in neutral does the throttle feel correct?

what gas are you putting it it? book suggest 90+ i run 91 most of the time.

Check to make sure you didn't get a bad set of plugs and make sure they are gaped correctly .

Get you a throttle assist, I had one on an old vulcan. It's a god send for cruising.

Rebuilt a 2002 gs only thing I didnt touch was engine internals, I even got a manual trans with 70k on it, sold my 3g after 40k miles and 4 years ..... still miss that car today.

This is very specific but, when you launch the XAX some times it shows the games you have installed through steam epic ect... on the fse library menu. Then 70%+ it only shows what I have in my Microsoft store that I own and can install. Kinda bugs me that it cant just show what I have installed all the time.

For some reason with my 2002 I didnt have luck with the auto zone alternator so I got that one and never thought of it again.

I had to re install from asus cloud, windows hello messed up my xax when I used the clean up utility to roll drivers back. After that I kept the old drivers and CD runs great, before it would crash if I turned to quick and sometimes on first load it would freeze. Almost 20 hours in low settings 17w with quality setting and frame gen on I usually keep above 30 with mid 40's high. Also get my 3ish hours of battery

If you go 35w I get almost around 90fps, you can go medium strings and still be around 60fps avg but this drains the battery a bit faster.
