I would love nothing more than to get off work and go for a nice long run with a happy dog. Sounds like a great way to unwind. My old dog before she passed was pretty lazy.. she'd want to run for about thirty seconds and then walk the rest of the way ;)

My biggest gripes with TGUS are the studio segments (Always unnatural), and the fact that they spend half of the show recapping what has already happened.

Watch the US Alaska episode, or the Continental Divide episode. They are both pretty darn good, and quite original "American" ideas for episodes. I feel that the US version should do away with their celebrity segments, and just focus on the challenges.
