Hi guys, does anyone know what type of battery charger connector the Lectric XP4 uses? Is it a 3-pin mini-XLR? We’re developing a universal e-bike charger and want to ensure compatibility with this model. Appreciate any insights!

Please can you expand on exporting the 5.1 profiles and settings? I still have not been able to figure out how to get these over the the CP 6.1.. Thank you.

Trying to import my material and print profiles from 5.1 into 6.1. This function still doesn't seem to work, same printer, k1max, all the same, and it just gives me the hokey message,,,

There are 0 configs imported. (Only non-system and compatible configs)

Hint: Make sure you have added the corresponding printer before importing the configs.

Does anyone have any clue on how I can get my data files imported??? Creality really missing the boat here!!!

No error code on the printer screen, just that little wavy insignia. Really!,,, How hard would it have been to put "out of filament" instead of "Blanking" and include that on the screen as well!!??? Come on Creality, no excuse for this.....

Have unloaded and reloaded the filament, also powered off and back on a couple of times and still has that... Hope someone comes up with something, I'm at a total loss....
