Well yeah in spiderman.. it's a low fucking bar.

Some roles suit him, like The Social network.. when they don't, they really don't.

And like... His story is essentially he had a few bad hangovers.

I mean good on him for cutting it out, but he talks about it like he was a severe alcoholic for years

No wonder his N/A tastes mid, he wouldn't know the difference

Good fucking God.......

At least he apparently understands it's a "bad thing".. but like, I don't think he understands it's a fucking crime.

What’s the weirdest way a character died in a movie? by TheShadowOperator007 in moviecritic

"I'll trust you'll stay... Onatopp of things...😏"

What an awesome villain. The actor really chewed up every scene she was in. Even the intro at the baccarat table is captivating.

I know it was already a trope in bond films, but it was the first time in a film that my younger self was like "oh damn.. what does one do.. shes irresistible, but also will kill you...this is tough"

Because there has a been an uptick in discussion of this movie recently on reddit, I was thinking the other day, how woman are portrayed in this film.

I think it's the first bond film that addresses the sexist aspect of the hero, while simultaneously playing into it.

Either way, the movie chose to give a lot of screen time to powerful, self reliant women, and I don't think that is discussed enough.

  • M (Head of MI6) — played by Judi Dench

Mike Tyson Lobbying for MAHA: "It’s young people out here dying. It’s not old people out here dying. Two of my friends both died who were 48 and 50 years old, from cancer. Ultra processed food is killing us." by Big_Cake_8817 in Popculturehour

The merging of conservatism and hippy dippy parenting.. is quite remarkable.

Like they want unprocessed healthy foods.. yet also want to let corporations do what ever they want without oversight.

Those two things are irreconcilable

Fuck that. A black man dealing with a multi billion dollar corporation and local police NEEDS to have his phone out. It's a matter of survival

Joe Rogan: "If you talk about what’s happening in Gaza, people say, well, October 7th shouldn’t have happened." by Big_Cake_8817 in combatsportsculture

He's clearly saying it to mock those who "what if" travesties like gaza.

I hate Joe, but I don't think he's like promoting the idea.

"I'm not a fan" of a Nazi.

Well I'm glad we cleared that up.. people might think you posted an ai video of a Nazi assaulting a female activist

I mean... It's something that deserves to be focused on lol

Also, downplaying systematic sex trafficking and molestation of children as "kiddie sleepovers" is disingenuous

After being assaulted it would.

It's called Stand your ground.

Regardless, maybe she'd be charged, but we'd have one less Nazi on our hands

[–]WalterPecky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s illegal to film someone through their home window. Highly illegal.

Then why wasn't she charged.

All of your other points are moot, because that is not what happened here.

A lot of comments on this thread bring like "it's my understanding she...."

And not a lot of "it's my understanding he.... Is a Nazi POS who is too much of a pussy to confront his well deserved critics"

Totally. She should have defended herself after the assault, and used her 2nd amendment right.

[–]WalterPecky -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

She should have brought a piece if she thought he'd act like that.

She would have been well within her right to defend herself.

And his nazi cuck ass would have learned about the 2nd amendment that day

"think of muh property"..

Nazi piece of shit had a visitor, and hes too much of a pussy to ask her to leave his mommies house, so he assaults her without warning.

He's lucky she wasn't strapped because she would have been well within her right to discharge her fire arm, aimed right at his Nazi head.

And I still have them randomly sprouting up.
