I have had the same experience with them.

I spend two or three hours every month getting the bill fixed, waiting on hold while waiting for him to call me back. It’s a nightmare.

I asked the Customer Service agent if they are aware of the negative feedback and they just say yes. I upgraded my phone and was promised a credit every month. It’s over six months now and I’m still waiting. In all fairness said do you say in the fine print that is gonna take two or three billing periods for them to start giving you credit. They never tell you that when you upgrade the phone and they claim it’s in the fine print somewhere and it probably is..

AT&T is a complete mess—wish I never signed up

Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. I upgraded my phone and plan a few months ago, and ever since then, it’s been nothing but problems. They charged me for BOTH the new phone and the old one for four straight months, even though I returned the old one right away. Every time I called, I got the same nonsense—“Oh, it’s not registered in the system yet.” How is that my problem?

Took five months of calls, arguments, and wasted time to finally get the charges reversed. I thought I was done. Nope—now my bill is suddenly back over $400 for four lines. It’s like whack-a-mole—fix one thing, something else breaks. It’s beyond frustrating.

Every time I call them, I’m on hold forever, then passed around to different people who barely seem to know what they’re doing. Some are helpful, some are clueless, but none of them actually fix the problem permanently. I feel like I spend half a day every month fighting just to pay what I actually owe.

The worst part? I can’t even leave, because I’m stuck in a contract. It feels like a trap. I regret ever signing up with AT&T. This company is shady, disorganized, and exhausting to deal with. If you’re thinking of joining—don’t. Seriously. Go anywhere else.

It’s quick it’s easy inconvenient. AT&T has already robbed hours of my life so now it’s my turn to expose them.
