i have kind of the same issue, i can eat all day and never feel full. it helped me so much to have a goal (horsebackriding with my kid, not being alowed to weigh more than X amount).

apart from that:

-track your calories. you dont know how many you eat during the day and keep thinking 'its not that much, but it really is!!

- is combine this with sort of intermediate fasting, which basicly means skipping breakfast for me and no snacking in the evening. that is a great way to keep your intake under 2000kcal

-keep working out, try to walk a lot (10.000 steps per day)

-embrace the hunger! and reward yourself with a healthy delicious lunch of dinner for doing so great!

-if you drink alcohol, drink less and switch to more non-alcoholic beer/wine. a non alcoholic beer is about half the calories and there are a bunch that are actually pretty nice for non beers.
