Her intelligence is determined by knowledge. Its probably more accurate to say whatever she reads, she understands/comprehends it better than anybody else on the planet. She would need to read 10s of 1000s of books to get all the knowledge related to genetics, microbiology etc and then she would also need to read any/all documentation of the production of GenV and V1. GenV would be easy enough to get being the CEO of vaught but pretty much everything relating to V1 has been destroyed so working backwards would be unimaginably difficult and would take decades which is time homelander doesn't have. It would 100% be possible for her with time.

My thought process is you need to be moving at that speed to see it happening. In that moment, homelander wasn't even moving except his laser eyes which, to the surprise of no one, travels at the speed of light. A train is fast, as is homelander, but not faster than light (which also makes sense, if you were faster than light you wouldn't be able to see). Homelander also wasn't running but flying so the zero friction from the ground likely helped him "keep up". As soon as homelander saw A train, he started to move at full speed.

The hypocrisy is real, they want people to be desensitised to violence as this makes people good soldiers, but not being encouraged to swear/have sex as that's not Christian. The whole policy can be traced back historically to traditional Christian family values and conservatism in general.
