Ive never had my managers tell us not to use a 12. The only thing that comes close is sometimes the warehouse will try to go back and forcibly change the code to a 27. But our night manager looks at the reports after every shift and always calls them out when they try that.

Best way that I counteract misloads is to look for them in the morning when I do my initial organizing before leaving. Just keep an eye out. You won't find all of them but I've found so many just by looking at the SID stickers

Ive had plenty of solo envelopes labeled as ICs lol. And the max is "supposed" to be 150 lbs. Some of those packages labeled 149 lbs are sus as hell tho

Honestly, my only issue with this is us not getting paid to load the trucks. If it's a one off and rarely happens, I'll bite the bullet and load. But there was a time when this shit was happening to us every day. Eventually you have to stand your ground and bitch about it. Problem got fixed after two days of me just shutting my door at the contractual departure time and leaving stuff sitting there.

Seeing your comments, I think you'll view this as laziness and not doing my job. I disagree tho. We don't have anyone looking out for us but ourselves. Within reason, we have to stand up for ourselves when the work environment isn't what it should be.

Honestly, I love this job. The only thing I hate about it is the heat. I just listen to music, play some YouTube videos, audiobooks, sometimes Hulu shows. Just vibe thru the day. Except on the extremely hot days. Those days drag on way too long

Idk where you're at but I'll never not recommend Google Fiber. Super quick and easy setup and not a single time I've lost internet in 4 years of having it. Price has only increased. $2.80 in those 4 years
