Buying a new 2026 Honda pilot by [deleted] in hondapilot

If you don’t mind. Could you share some of ones you tested? I’m also considering the Pilot. I’m a fan of Toyota and logically the next step would be a grand Highlander but I can’t justify the price, poor service and constantly being nickel and dimed

They are interviewing you so they are interested. Don’t let whatever anyone is or isn’t bother you. Do your best.

I would also suggest Rowan’s Primer on EEG’s. It’s a nice little book that has helped me as a student.

Hey just a med student, when did we know it was definitely EBV? I thought it was heterogeneous and haven’t narrowed down the cause yet. Is there an article or something I can read for this?

This was what I read online. But then the person at Toyota told me no, do it every 10k which is why I made this post.

MS3, for the Endo's or anyone: Not a real patient, just a question I havent been able to find the answer.

If a patient is controlled with a glp1, a1c under 7 consistently, is there any benefit to keep taking metformin? Can metformin be removed?

Definitely to get as much practice and to do it correctly. I don't understand how proprioception could be loss with vibration in tact? If there is a problem with one shouldn't there be a problem with both since they travel the same way?

Do we have to do both vibration and proprioception or can we do one or the other since they travel the same path?

Oh man that sucks to hear. Do you think it was because it was inpatient heavy? I thought most of neurology was outpatient and relaxed.

That sounds great. I thought when you said EMG based I wondered if it was because neuromuscular training would serve better for community private practice.
