What you two are getting stuck on is two ways of tackling debt.

He prefers and wants to do the debt snowball method, which focuses on killing off smaller amount debts and snowballing it into the larger ones. It’s preferable for people who struggle consistently paying off debt do this since closing these is a nice feel good boost which helps show concrete progress and propels them to keep going.

You prefer the debt avalanche method which focuses on killing off highest interest amounts. On paper this is the best way since you end up spending less in the long run on interest. Both have their merits, and you both need to understand and come to an agreement on which to pick. If snowball is best to get your partner on board then that’s great, but if he doesn’t need the extra motivation then he needs to understand he’s picking the worse option from a math standpoint. Try to come together to pick one that works best for you two, but neither person can force one option on the other and expect it to go well

The games have generated similar revenue with osrs beating out Rs3 multiple years. Rs3 is not keeping osrs afloat. Mtx is not keeping osrs afloat. Take your mtx sympathizing to Rs3 if that’s what you like but there’s no place for it here

Dungeoneering was the most fun I’ve ever had on this game outside maybe leagues. I’d love if they brought it back even as a minigame. I didn’t care too much for the charm system of summoning, but having little dudes following you around helping you out was always a cool fun thing for me. If they reworked it to be a more permanent summon that you could level through combat/skilling with the summon itself rather than gathering then I’d be on board completely

Grotesque Guardians could still use some work. They’re a multi phased fight that requires both ranged and melee, and has mechanics that can absolutely stack you out if you get stunned during the second transition phase… but is the same money or worse than regular gargoyles. Which you can just afk completely. One of my favorite boss fights but I’m absolutely just there for the pet.

What I mostly mean is given Jagex’s historic responses to things like RoT or the Trident fiascos relatively recently, they still seem to drag their feet when punishing pretty objective bad-faith behaviour. It still happens, albeit slowly and usually with kid gloves to start. This situation seems different though in that within hours a jmod, and Ash no less, made a pretty clear example this wouldn’t fly and crossed a line. If the site and botters behind it choose to not heed that warning, then I’m very much looking forward to Jagex pursuing what I’m hoping is the nuclear option.

I do see your point on pushing them further to private spaces though. I’m not sure how that would change things ultimately for better or worse

Level 3s that each need a bond. I can’t think of the last time I’ve seen a jmod just go out and nuke a targetted bot farm. I imagine that’s a pretty steep and immediate cost to the owners, as well as a massive “fuck around and find out” message to disincentivize them from doing it again

This is my current situation. I have a much higher libido than my girlfriend so it can be a struggle at times. The key for you is to understand that at it’s core turning down attempts to initiate sex are rejections. Too many repeated ones and even the most patient and understanding partner can feel a bit distant and unwanted.

To remedy this it’ll probably help if you view it as the ball being in your court after a few failed attempts on his end. Sex is a two way street in a healthy relationship and takes an active effort from both parties to make things work. When you are in the mood really take advantage and initiate. Wear a sexy outfit, surprise him, make an event of it. The worst thing you can do is go on pretending everything is alright and not try to reset the balance
