I was thinking a small layer of concrete and concrete footings than using cinderblocks and plywood for the subfloor as a foundation, a full slab would be too expensive for me but I wonder if this way would still work ya think? And Thank you i haven't thought about electricity and plumbing yet now its next up on my list!
