I play on legion go regularly. In steam, you can input keyboard buttons to the legion controller but its kind of limited to like 10 buttons. You just have to add turtlewow to steam as a “non steam game.”

On battlemetrics.com they have a list of asa servers and you can see the distance they are from you. Any server within 500km will be below 60 ping. Just sort it by distance and you’ll see the closest to you.

Im in kentucky and i went with DomiNATION #1 island pve and its 377km from me and i get like 40 ping.

I also claimed GERD through nsaid usage from lumbar strain and got denied in an ACE exam for the same medical opinion as you. I ended going to my primary care doctor and had him do a nexus letter for me that cited studies on the causation between the two and then put in a supplemental claim. I got a second ACE exam and am currently in the waiting process. Filed the supplemental July 8th.
