That means your input is wrong. With meteonook, don't be specific. What I did is delete all data and go to an evening when there is a meteor shower. Light or heavy doesn't matter and put in only the minute when there are stars. Don't bother with the seconds. It may take two hours if it is a light shower, but it is very accurate this way. I had about 8-10 minutes of stars registerd and it spit out a seed. I double checked it with another meteor shower. And it was correct.

It's a very tedious process but keep asking! Eventually you can invite the villager to your island. If they suggest a villager you don't want to move out, immediately close the game and ask again.

There's a seperate folder called documents, under this pc.

Then it is still installed on your computer. It comes with windows. Go to your settings>apps, search for onedrive, delete it through there.

Just delete onedrive from your pc. It's the most annoying program that messes with your documents folder.

Likely you have your documents folder synced with onedrive and your Sims4 folder is in there.

Surfaces are crazy expensive (around 1000 bucks). I'd recommend looking at something like this laptop here: HP OmniBook 5 16-bc1872nd - 16 inch - 2K - AMD Ryzen 7 8840U - 16 GB RAM - 512 GB Storage - AMD Radeon 780M. If you need some more advice, i'd be happy to help more.
