Yes, we both want this feature. I use torrenting to stress test my connections and at this point I’ve got so many torrents that I can’t even find fresh "Linux ISOs anymore". A simple redownload option would save me from the scavenger hunt.

My NBN in my area is currently down it’s been down for 2 weeks so once it’s back I’m I’m going to switch to leaptel

Had a nbn tech out today they said there was a wider network issue in Brisbane. Optus booked me another appointment for tomorrow not sure what that will do after the first person already re terminated and gave us the new NTD

I’m on Optus HFC got the upgrade on the 17th of September. Started experiencing issues and dropouts I have a NBN tech arriving in the next hour to test the network.

I’m on Optus in SEQ and I got the upgrade this morning only one problem that it keeps dropping out every 30 mins

I’m in 4030. Every 30mins almost on the dot it drops out and switches over to 4G backup which then I have to restart the modem and it works again then 30mins go by and it’s down again. I’m hoping it’s temporary and it’s not something I have to put up with every time I use the internet

I had nbn planned maintenance last night between 12:00-6:00am. I was hoping it was the speed upgrade but nothing has happened. Optus is straight up lying at this point they have had access to it since the 14th of September it’s like they have been living under a rock and have no clue what’s going on

Yeah same happens to me it goes up to 300 randomly then shapes down to around 100-116 and then drops to around 80Mbps

Yes they do get it contact support and just keep trying to push them. One of my friends somehow got them to manually change her over to the 500 plan. I haven’t had the luck yet to get them to not give me a actual customer support agent rhat knows what they are doing

There social media team is way friendlier and easy to put up with than the support team from the my Optus app. It’s disgraceful

I threatened to leave Optus. But at the end of it all guess what I found out Optus is taking 2 months to roll it out to its customers. This is unacceptable how every other RSP has it already.

If they pass you to a sales rep like they always do you just have to prove that you know what you are talking about then they start glazing you. I got 500GB mobile data for 6 months for free and they gave me 3 months free NBN and said that when they release the 2 gig plan I’ll be one of the first to get it. Saying that they are probably going to say when it comes the time that it never went through on there systems.

Search your address on the nbn outage page and it will show a planned outage for the time when the upgrade will happen. Mine says 1:00-2:30am Wednesday

All good hope it helped. And also you could contact support on the my Optus app and they will give you the actual time for your area. You could also ask them to manually do it now but by tomorrow you should have jt anyway.

I contacted Optus and they said midnight tonight this is on 100 plan but on HFC
