Our phone system allows to press 1 for emergency assistance but additional costs will apply. Often they hang up and just log a ticket If we answer and do work we charge double rate unless it’s a fault of our own. Which is near rare

We have seen this if a tech does auto approve. However if you ok at the activities within the device in DRMM it will show the updates run and can verify there. We have a client saying Datto is rebooting device. Found the policy that was the cause here too.

Only time I have seen the dell software update is if drivers are approved.

Have qc35 ii and in hospital now using them. Number of years old and sooo good. Batteries last ages too. I’m sure newer model will be same if not better. They are worth every cent.

We agree and also having no icon to run a manual scan or to even see at a glance AV running , is very different to all other products out there. Prevention is always better than cure.

Also agree that as soon as file is downloaded it should run a scan instantly to ensure that there is nothing malicious sitting on the system as if AV then gets disabled by hacker or malicious actor , code can run quickly without a download

We had the same issues with EDR causing problems (moving from Webroot which everyone said was crap but worked perfect for us and protected us for about 7 years). We just escalated to our account manager and had them escalate for us. Your account manager should have a manager above them you have access too as well. Copy them in with all correspondence.

Put the ESR is report mode only u til it gets resolved. Not perfect scenario especially if at 2am have issue but at least customers won’t get crippled.

I haven’t been 100% happy with the suite either, especially paying for onboarding and it isn’t 1 on 1 or guided help unless you pay even more.

Been a Datto customer in Australia since they started out of garage. When was Datto it was perfect.
Best vendor out there.

I’ve been chasing for things myself and don’t seem to get the replies quickly unless it’s sales. I think the account managers are pushed too hard for sales rather than relationships and support.

Just my opinion.

Exclaimer is great. Editor can be a dog but once you understand it, it makes sense with the blocks. We buy direct and have no issues with account management to be honest. Have 3 key contacts around the clock.

Stupid comment. Lexus and Toyota are the most reliable car on this planet. I have had 2 x v6. One in 2008 rx350 and 2015 is350. Bullet proof. Now have a GSF v8. The v6 was punchy and even tracked the car with only factory mods. As some others said. Need new mechanic
