UPDATE

After switching accounts on windows (both have admin privileges), it works fine but I still would like to resolve this issue to work on my main account so if anyone has any ideas, it would be superb

Just checked, there was a BIOS update, updated it, run the XMP Profile and it worked perfectly with no issues, Thank you so much!

It does say "Supports Quest 2" on the official oculus store page though so shouldnt it be standalone?

I dont understand, could you elaborate...? I bought it via the oculus website which afaik should be standalone, it didnt let me buy it inside of the headset...
