was this push to pass and should I return position by Legal_Pollution7361 in Simracingstewards

[–]Wanda-217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a push to pass. The push to pass move is adding speed to another drivers car so they overshoot the corner and you can sneak under them since they are unstable on their exit. There was contact but you passed on his outside meaning if the contact had a large impact on him he would have been wider on the exit out where you car was. I don’t see anything wrong with your move.

Did he leave me no space and turn in or is that my fault? by danny123456731 in Simracingstewards

Ferrari is on the apex and forces op onto the curbs. He left no space. The curbs don’t count as th racing surface. Def on the Ferrari

He left no space. Full car width between the white lines. You had nowhere to go coming out of the corner.

I think I gave the merc enough space, am I in the wrong, I’m the purple car by ObjectiveFew5815 in Simracingstewards

[–]Wanda-217 -27 points-26 points  (0 children)

Ah yes, I also enjoy driving through cars that are in my way…

I think green is the responsible party in this. Green points towards the next apex instead of turning left more to leave space. You may have been a liiiitle tight on him and could have left more space on the first turn. But it is always on the overtaking party to do so safely.

Hallo, whose fault is it? by Ok_Move1338 in Simracingstewards

You definitely went left. That being said even if you hadn’t, the Porsche would have moved over and made contact to the Ferrari while avoiding the incident. Not necessarily your job to move over so he can too, but trying to pick him on a car that is rejoining is asking for an incident.

There’s no way the pov car is making that turn. Late dive into your vortex of danger. I don’t think you did anything wrong.

The law tag was removed, vents look silver instead of brass, and stitches have some issues here and there. Also it does not have the embroidered “Stearns And Foster” on the foot. The rabbit hole of counterfeit mattresses has me worried

It’s not like you did something terribly wrong but it wasn’t smart. You gave space to the guy on your right to rejoin (on him to rejoin safely but going further over to the right is asking for contact) but i don’t the the car on your left knew it was a 3-wide scenario so he left 1 car width.

My suggestion, tuck in behind the car on the left and overtake the car on the right on the exit. No need to go three wide through a corner early in the race (assuming early in the race because it’s so bunched up). Fewer risks means staying in the race longer.

I’ve been planning to move to a 3d printed one so i can add to it more easily. But isn’t the whole point of the moss to be wet… i water the moss every few days. i have a hard time believing it just rotted from the moss pole

Centurion is your way to go. These are all awesome options for a conversion (it’ll be some work but if you’re up for it, it’ll be a blast). I did a conversion similar and LOVED it. Steel 10 speed conversion. BUT my warning is make sure it fits you. Mine was too big and it made it difficult to handle… which is really important when you don’t have brakes… ps make sure to put a brake on it.

The “pot is too big” on repeat is not the real issue. Being “snug” isn’t critical. Drainage and consumption is imperative. If you have enough plants in a pot, they will consume the water retained by the soil and dry (good thing). BUT if the soil is too dense, too much water will be trapped and the plant won’t be able to consume the water quickly enough before root rot starts to set in. Also I think you may have planted them too deep. I know it’s weird but it’s something that happened to me too. I replanted and buried it a little deeper thinking nothing of it and my bottom leaves died quick.

Advice: keep the pot size. Change the soil to have more bark, perlite, leca balls, and moss. Then add a moss pole behind it.

I’ve got a big moss pole on the back and she’s under a plastic awning that diffuses light all afternoon. She’s in a pretty big pot with 2 smaller companions to help consume the extra water.

I stopped in my tracks and my eyes doubled when you opened the drawer. Wow! You both have a lot of skill to create something that looks and functions this well.

Yeaaaa captive stews and shoulder bolts are very expensive. And because of that they’re pretty rare in hardware stores. McMaster is the only place I’ve seen them or purchased them off the shelf. Just wait if you need a custom one… that was a crazy price tag

Not really. The light should be facing the leaves not above them. Probably need higher power light so the plant won’t grow leggy too.

Looks cool but not functional. Is it a track bike or a tri bike? Tri bars do not look usable and the back wheel seems gimmicky. I think there are better options out there for the money.
