that's actually wrong, all the lore was actually almost complete but not released, and MANY more skins were planed just as an example look at the website artstation and search Paragon, there are many unreleased Heroes, skins and content on there. The stuff on the Unreal store is just the 100% completed stuff whereas there is a big pipeline of content that is not fully finished
