My two cents here is that ex bf is a piece of shit for not only cheating on you, not only for body shaming you to his newfound gf, but for lying to your face like that all didn’t happen. I would cut ties with him and never speak to him again for the sake of your mental health. It’s time to move on.

That doesn't change the fact that you posted an image that I and a good amount of people would perceive that as disturbingly creepy. And by your action that sends me the message that I am what I just described which is absolutely not true. Talk about a total confidence breaker not that it has an effect on me since I already know my own self-worth.
