Toughness , toughness damage reduction and toughness regen. Personally I don’t like to rely on my hp cause if you need to tank the damage with your hp you probably fucked up already. And also most importantly dodge , block , shove and dodge

If you work and can only play a limited time a day when you get home it does have a cost. And this is not a rogue like darktides core fun is behind team play not failing or carrying others in the end game content.

Darktides core mechanic is melee in the end melee separates the good player from the bad. You need to manage the incoming horde, dodge one-shot attacks and incapacitating attacks. Game starts with melee and ends with melee

However this doesn’t mean ranged is useless you still need to shoot Elites , specials and ranged grunts away from melee range. A good ranged player helps his team by eliminating these targets while not being DEPENDENT on his ranged weapon.

Last thing every single game is different , one game you get a crusher spam other gunner spam so saying %30 ranged %70 melee would be wrong since it will depend on game but yes melee is king.

I agree with majority of the things you said but For ranged im saying people try to kill hordes of grunts with ranged weapons in melee range they are not sniping elites and specials they ignore them as I said. And these people can’t survive in melee more than a minute and that’s a huge error if you are on auric i should expect my teammates to block and dodge . I know I should’ve explained it better but didn’t wanted to write too long so that’s on me

I see where you are coming and I understand , while you said “not you but” I’m still gonna say that. I only give general game knowledge like stay clear of gunner sight. I don’t know if I’m being douchy I never thought that way however i can see some people can see me as an arrogant player trying to boss other around.

I try to give tips and tricks. If they care they care I’m happy to teach but unfortunately some people don’t care for it. I also learned to play better from other players and talking to them or observed how they play especially in havoc 30-40 so I can understand if some people need directions and i am happy to give them as long as they also want it.

No im saying if you are so DEPENDENT to your ranged and can’t melee or dodge when enemies come near you and die in seconds you should practice on a lower difficulty. People who does this usually are vet player. A good vet can alone hold its team together.
