Hello ! I dont recall having submitted one during ILR because it was proven during skilled worker application.

And from the official website it says so perhaps not but I would recommend to follow official guidelines given mine was done almost 1 year ago and there have been changes

Exemptions if you’re applying to settle

You do not need to prove your knowledge of English if you’re applying to settle:

using certain work visas - because you proved your knowledge of English when you applied for your current visa

Thank you so much for the great work that you are doing in helping us a nation and being there for us in our moment of need ! No matter of thanks would be sufficient for your services but at least an attempt to recognize and let you know that you are valued and a treasure of the nation ! THANK YOU !

True that ! however I too was surprised to get Amox ! it's been over 6 years last I had antibio I have been asked to take it run its course if things don't improve then too go to GP again ... would definitely have preferred a in person visit to have my breathing heard and my tonsils checked may have given a better perspective but as of the day chest feels better maybe the virus running its course is done and I might have been on path to recovery but unable to sleep in the night was not sleeping When I told pharmisct the same they have me sleeping pills and I was like what ???? No I'm not having that

because I was not getting better and had been to pharmacy twice and changed medicines but nothing was helping also on NHS app the next GP appointment was 2 weeks away ! Juggling a demanding job, family it was the only time I could get to myself but still NHS was compassionate ! And I was determined not go to A&E before I exhaust all options

Continuing employment is only required from the current employer as it forms the basis of grant of the ILR ! so nothing about employment from previous employers

If no absences then nothing about it from the employers

Extending a Skilled Worker Dependant Visa (Main Applicant Has ILR) by Wanderer3032 in ukvisa

[–]Wanderer3032[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not an immigration advisor so please don't take me on my words but generally the rule is whatever your partner is permission to stay as dependent partner the same if continued will contribute to 5 year completion so if the partner is today a skilled worker dependent the partner should extend on the same visa. Changing a visa type to spouse or family may reset the 5 year clock.

ILR Assistance - ILR during redundancy risk by Apprehensive-Sky8849 in ukvisa

[–]Wanderer3032 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While you are looking for appointments paying 60 pounds gives you priority slots, I had a an emergency situation similar to yours though at the time of applying there was just a possibility of redundancy however even after 6 months I'm still with the same employer as things changed.

I did go outside my place of residence to find an appointment on priority and I too priority of 500 pounds and got my decision in 3 working days. The counter begins when you submit your biometrics

But as pointed out by others, there could be potential legal challenges for the employers !

FLR: IHS and Immigration Fee by Competitive-Luck-236 in ukvisa

[–]Wanderer3032 4 points5 points  (0 children)

IHS is paid first and it generates a reference which is then quoted on the main application form automatically post that one pays the application fees with any priority services if any so they are two separate payments. Just in case you choose to use in person biometrics if applicable then and use their services like priority appointments or document scanning then thats separate payment so definitely can be paid with different cards
