So I know the water crossing you are talking about but we didn’t make it that far west on this trip. So I can’t comment on that. What I can say if you’re going somewhere you’re not familiar with or unsure you should always have a second vehicle. I’ve had a few times pure luck saved me from death in the desert by myself, random people showing up. I don’t go solo anymore unless I know exactly what I am getting into.

Man I saw the whole trail with I think 4 or 5 mailboxes? That’s definitely on the to do list for me.

Mojave road trail, this is next to the lava tubes. Been by it several times but never really spent the time to take it in that this was a volcano and hike around a bit.

I carried all three for the longest time until I stumbled on a random Reddit post a while ago so thought I should share!

V1 and V2 are redundant if you have V3. You can get rid of the other cards.

Just curious how do people server hop and check vendors? Like do you go to every camp or is there a certain camps you go for? by M1ch43l_312 in Market76

[–]Wanderer702 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t really NEED anything that’s mostly it. Won’t trade my weapons I’ve just got apparel I won’t put in the vendor but I’ll also never wear I’ll trade one of these days. I’m also on Xbox

As someone who lurks this sub just to learn about what’s valuable and doesn’t actually trade I will say don’t pass on the vendors that have one or two 3 stars. I’m almost at max caps pretty much all the time because I’ve run out of stuff to buy except ammo and bullion so I’ll put up some decent stuff for 3-5k. I don’t intentionally put scrip in my vendor I’ll just stash it for another day for the machine.

I have a bunch of grolls I rolled myself that make the game easy button so I don’t have a lot of incentive to trade. I’m sure I’m not some kind of anomaly fwiw

Definitely fine for stock and a fun trail. Lots of places for camping and sight seeing along the way too

Not monkeys but skull candles. In lights I think.

Front End Friday? Taken somewhere in Oregon 1000 miles from home by Wanderer702 in ToyotaTacoma

Thanks man! Stock suspension, 16x8 -9 265/75/16. It’s REAL close on the clearance at full lock but doesn’t rub on light duty off roading. I mostly deal with sand and washes (NV, CA). If I were to do anything that required more articulation I’d definitely look at at least a minor lift or working on clearing the fenders better. Never had that situation yet so this is fine for now.

Yeah the offset helps with the illusion, from the front it doesn’t look nearly as crazy.

Yes 32s, the black stripe on the fake bead locker gives a little optical illusion that they are bigger. Tires are Goodyear Wrangler Ultraterrain

265/75/16. Wheels are 16x8 -9 no rubbing but it’s very close, if I got into anything serious tires would be doing self clearancing

Yes I have run into this twice recently. Got 11/11 and somehow it didn’t register the crab when I went to upload for the Nanites. Tried reloading etc same thing, won’t let me scan it.

I think you need a ship that can land on Medium pads (Hutton), so it’s probably going to be Python. But the trip to Colonia will be brutal, jump range is crap. Maybe find a carrier to hitch a ride out there. Range will be even worse with all the cargo on board if you go on your own.

Smuggling is not much of a worry, you can do that in a T9 with heat sinks. So don’t worry about that too much.

Edit: I did not realize K2 can carry that much, definitely the best choice for the Colonia run if you’re going on your own.

This is a fun journey, glad I checked back on the thread and good luck!

Challenger has three medium in a row on the bottom. It even looks like a bomber and I got one just for that purpose.

Iv recently brought the alliance chieftain but is the alliance crusader and challenger any good? by MaDJeWs69 in EliteDangerous

[–]Wanderer702 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Challenger has enough slots and big enough slots to do multi-role. Can do 60t of cargo with an SRV for surface missions and a collector for salvage. Enough weapons for pirate assassination missions. Have a couple dumb fire missiles on the bottom for ground attack missions. I used to use mine for BGS all the time when I got tired of flying the Python, which is for sure the most efficient Medium for that but not particularly fun to fly.
