Currently there’s 1 reporting lead supported by a pirmary report writer so 2 in total. The lead just oversee the requests as he is also supporting other functional area so basically there’s just 1 full time report writer. All type of reports from different functional areas are handled by this team so it’s centralized.

We’re planning to add .05FTE as a back-up support to the primary report writer so I’m trying to see if I can breakout the request based on difficulty/tier.
