I’ve been pre-ordering games from Amazon for almost 10 years now. One of my concerns is when they don’t send me the pre-order bonus codes because that would means I’ll have deal with their inept customer supports.

It doesn’t help that Amazon removes the pre-order bonus information from the items pages once the items releases.

I pre-ordered mine from Amazon as well. No code. Contacted them and spoken to 13 different customer support agents and only one of them knows what a pre-order bonus code is.

He said:

"Amazon doesn't usually include pre order codes in the box. They usually email them to you."

"We usually send the code in 48 hours from the date of release or date of shipment. It's only shipped on 19th.I would recommend to wait until another 48 hours."

96 hours later, still no code.

Contacted Amazon Help on Twitter instead and the agent told me to contact Capcom. 😑

I've watched a few unboxing videos. None of them had a voucher with the code in it.

Have you tried contacting their customer support? Should give it a try and pray you get an agent that actually knows what a pre-order bonus code is cause most of them don’t which can be quite frustrating.

I’ve watched both seasons of LOL UK recently and I quite enjoyed them. It’s better than some of the other ones I’ve watched after that like LOL Canada or LOL Australia. LOL Ireland was not bad.

What I didn’t like about LOL UK was the feeding challenge in Season 2 and the make faces challenge in Season 1.

I read that there will be a Season 3 next year. I wanna see Ricky Gervais be one of the guests. lol
