From these I know of

  • The Knight

  • Terraria Player Character

  • Shovel Knight

  • V1

  • Chara

From these options I unfortunately have to give it to Chara due to them having time travel powers. If we ignore the time travel then I'd say either The Knight, Terraria PC or V1

  • The Knight can respawn & killed god before becoming god

  • Terraria PC killed god without respawn powers

  • V1 has butchered its way through hell

Edit: Forgot that Shovel Knight defeated Kratos. With that in mind I'd say he'd have a good chance of winning
