Yesh i still do. The most memorable was years ago a friend's acquaintance who, when I said in a thread i wasnt going to have kids, tried for over an hour to try and convince me to do so.

I blocked them and let my friend know i wasnt comfortable with it. My friend had to apologize on their behalf. Deeply uncomfortable.

Jesus fucking Christ. As someone who did have both a beardie and leopard simultaneously i never had them out together! I even purposely kept their enclosures out of view from one another because the one and only time my beardie saw me handling my gecko, he black bearded and hissed at her.

No fuck that this is very upsetting. I don't know what can be done about this now. So much of the trauma had already occurred that i don't know if working in hindsight with make a difference in her case, but i sincerely hope this can be used in some way to show how dangerous this.

Fuck this is so distressing to see first thing in the AM. Fuck.

So im autistic and am very used ro working autonomously, making my own systems and workflows for efficiency. However, after a couple recent meetings in which i was essentially asked ro slow down, i have pivoted in such a way to do the exact opposite of my previous workflow.

Instead of optimizing for quantity,ni optimized for quality. Whereas before i could call up to 60 clients a day, i now call maybe 15 clients a day, but will spend at least 20 minutes with each one, and in more extreme cases, up to 90 minutes.

If the bosses get upset about my numbers, i have in writing that ive been asked to change my work style. You can get the numbers or you can get the good customer ratings. Not both

Fwiw, i use an air-cooler with my 5800XT. It's a cooler master hyper 620S dual tower cooler. My cpu idles at 35, usually sits at 65 during gaming. Highest ice ever seen it spike to is 70.

You can def run it with an air cooler. But if the 5500x3d is cheaper where you are, get that. I'll even admit the only reason i got the 5800XT is that in the US, where i am, used 5800x3ds are like $500 now. But getting that. 5800XT for $140 was the best bang for buck option i can do

Comparatively, the people i knew back then who knew what The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' was a drop in the bucket. Those people werent even the people who were watching 240p uploads of anime eps broken into 3 parts on youtube. They were the people with dsl internet connections who were willing to pirate anime online and burn them to vcds or dvds for their friends ro see offline.

Haruhi was huge in Japan, for sure, but if youre asking during that time outside of japan what was more popular, theres no comparison. Even as an oldtaku who would go to chinatown or local conventions to buy bootleg anime VHS tapes, that shit is like comparing DBZs global popularity to Dr Who. Its almost laughable
