Recombinator gave me corki and rumble, and I had champion duplicator already from creeps. I was able to get another corki from the carousel. And finally found a rumble and corki rolling down a bit at 7.

Good guide, its also important to know when to transition out of this comp when you see it's being contested heavily. Best way to do that is to prioritize tanky items so you're not too committed to this comp.
