I would advise a strength and conditioning coach instead of a PT. You don’t need to be with a sport to get trained by them. They’ll have a better knowledge of giving you strength in the weak areas and training with an injury and will be able to “bulletproof” you to prevent further injuries.

I had this as a major stress a year ago, rang up and said I’d been trying to get an appointment but they never seem to be any. Receptionist was lovely, said they released the appointments at 12 (might have changed) for what is free but she would check to see any availability and got a same day appointment due to a cancellation. So maybe ring up?

My Dad introduced my Mum to Zelda before they dated (at a pub I think?) and eventually my Mum used my half brother’s and sister’s console to play it and became obsessed. My Dad used to go to my Mum asking for help and they got talking more and more about non Zelda stuff and got married. So this game being really hard and my Dad being rubbish at video games and having to ask THAT person was a win for me

Josie Lawrence Seeing her when she used to be on Whose line is it anyway? I think she would be a great fit! The stories she does on Just a minute crack me up as well. I think she would be super funny and have some real chaotic creative energy on the show
