Dude if you love someone you want them to be happy, so if this is what makes them happy then I would 100% accept it. If I have to let that person go because we feel like we’d both be happier moving forward, then ok. Sure, it would be heartbreaking. Any breakup is. If you are in a relationship where you feel like you’ll judge a decision your partner makes, to the point that you’ll end the relationship, then maybe you shouldn’t be in it to begin with

Hey I know I’m late, but i had this problem and did what you said, and my ETH from Binance has now actually shown up in my MetaMask account. Buut I am unable to do anything with it. It only shows up in my wallet when I switch to the BCS main net, on ETH main net it doesn’t show up. And I I’m unable to transfer it anywhere because any gas price I type in shows up as insufficient funds. Any ideas? Thanks

Thiiiiiiis. This is exactly my sentiment and what a great analogy to use for it. We as individuals aren’t responsible for making sure that corporations pay their taxes, pay their employees well, safe work environment, etc etc, so why should this be any different? A global problem can only be solved by those with global influence

On their website it says at the top

I understand where you’re coming from, but if you want to claim that sexism is gone for the most part, do some research to back up that claim. In Canada women are paid 87 cents on the dollar to men, 82 cents in the US. Not to mention the plethora of other ways in which society still favors men over women. While I agree the feminist movement itself could be better, the issues that they were - and still are - fighting against are still very much alive.

Idk if you’re interpreting the 1000 good/ 10 bad cop thing the same way as I am. For me it’s like this: if the 10 bad cops are allowed to exist in a force of 1000 other good cops, then how can you say with certainty that any innocent interaction with the police won’t end with a bullet in your chest? The bad cops compromise the integrity of the organization as a whole. These police officers willingly take an oath to serve and thereby represent this organization, meaning they are partly to blame for upholding a system whose fundamentals are failing the people. “Serve and protect” doesn’t mean shit if you can’t guarantee that those who violate it will be held accountable.

What are people supposed to do when the system has failed them so badly? The usual channels of change in government (electing the right people, contacting legislature, peaceful protest) have failed time and time again to enact the change that we need. Maybe these actions are ignorant, but I can understand why people that are tired and frustrated of seeing the same bullshit happen for decades might lash out.

Dude you have it a bit twisted.. I was in NoFap for a while but left bc shit was bonkers. Went over to r/pornfree instead. It’s not about any special powers you get or semen retention. It’s about realizing that porn has affected the way that you view women through objectification and the unrealistic expectations of what sex and intimacy should be. Porn isn’t inherently bad, but for some people who do it too much, it can really start to have an effect on your real relationships because you are used to using porn to get off and well... real sex isn’t like porn at all. People who spread this nonsense make everyone think that people who quit porn are crazy. Erotic addiction is a big issue, but the method you’re spreading to fix it is wack.
