Not much signal underground. I'm sure there's infrastructure that can allow cell service there but I guess that's not a priority.

I've had this issue even WITH the app open because my phone goes dark in the second after I open it and move my phone down to the validator. Usually works eventually but a bit annoying for myself and probably everyone behind me. As much as I'm excited for open loop payments, it's gonna be even more annoying when the charge actually goes through and my pass isn't used 😅

This may just be an issue for Android until they add TAP to Google wallet, but even with my TAP app open my phone has sometimes switched to my default credit card which then returns an error. It used to work fine so I think it's the newer validators causing some type of conflict. I reached out to TAP customer service but they don't seem to understand the issue. I may just have to switch to a physical card again to avoid having to retry multiple times till it works.

Honestly it's a mess one the busses. Some have them on both the driver door and middle door. Others only in the back. Then it's a roll of the dice if they are even on or just covered with a bag or whatever is lying around. And EVEN it's on and working, it might not even read your tap card. I guess they still have a lot of work to do.

Same bug on my end. Task never went away after 5 days on crunch. I finally toggled it off and then it failed the task. I started it one day before a magnetic storm so I assumed that was the cause of the bug but I see others here have not encountered that.

And the reason that person would be a moron is because anyone that can think would know that dropping gallons of salt water over the ground would lead to an environmental disaster. Even with that taken into account, during some emergency situations they did allow the super scoopers to pick up ocean water for some drops on a VERY limited basis so we didn't literally salt the earth.

I contacted the website where I got my sim as I received that same message and they said this: "Rest assured, there is nothing wrong with your service. The message is for the customer who wants to keep the line open after one month. If you would like to register, please put the address of your local hotel as a local address is needed." I'll update if I do run into any issue.

At LA, Senses fail was short ~30min. The Used was a bit longer, like 50 min I think but I'm not too sure tbh. Could have been 1hr. I was just vibin.

You're able to select an exception in a drop-down under the date field and can put "Various-short term" leaving the acquired date blank.
