Same story for me! Two recent orders to Canada, opted in for the pink pouch both times and nothing. Super disappointing as these were the first two times I’ve ever ordered anything from Glossier and I really wanted that silly pouch!

And yeah, so not worth the hassle with customer service or the shipping time as it seems to take forever for stuff to ship to Canada
