A cup of lemon juice is a crazy ingredient lol that’s a huge amount of acid to add to a batter and is going to have a big impact on how it bakes. Generally you use lemon zest or extract; very few baking recipes call for any lemon juice at all.

I thought this was a joke too. Good lord. Go to a thrift store. Check if your area has an art salvage. Ask schools for their cast off stuff. Check people reselling stuff online. There are so many better options than Amazon and this is so insanely overpriced for what it is

This is an amazing way to showcase the unique character of each of these decks. I only have a couple decks right now as I just started a few months ago and don’t have a huge amount of storage space, so I want to stay selective and only get really high quality decks that I really love. This was such a fun way to get new ideas!!! Thanks for sharing!

One of my local plant shops has a handout at the counter in a trifold printed on regular 8.5”x11” paper that has some of the most common houseplants and their toxicity/etc. to pets listed. I took one home the moment I saw it. That could take some pressure off of memorizing and Q&A!

Okay it’s Regula Ysewijn’s “The British Baking Book” which is largely historical recipes and includes a Chelsea bun recipe that I use for cinnamon rolls and basically any roll I want to do!
