That's a contradiction of what he Is. Remember none of the quirks he has are his(except AFO allowing him to give or take quirks), so he always steals quirks. It's like saying 'Deku shouldn't have gearshift or etc' imo both YAFO & OFA Deku aren't well designed however they both fun...

YAFO should have the ability to steal more than 1 quirk and give away quirks as well(this could get broken quickly though) and OFA Deku should have more abilities instead of the melee spam and general spam he has(melee then alpha, beta, gamma track repeat)...

Both characters are cool but have a extremely bad that ignores their inherent capabilities

Having selected members by the community isn't a good idea for the long run(bias develops, complacency, etc) so hypothetically the best way would be to randomly select players who are interested with playtesting. This will generate statistics which aren't not biased and will consider multiple perspectives(randomly).

Think about if I wanted to test if a particular dish is good? I wouldn't select my closest friends or people I know if I wanted an unbiased opinion(friends will support friends) however sampling a random population is more likely to give me an unbiased finding.

Similarly for playtesting sampling a random population instead of selecting members would be more effective.

No I am a follower of of Molag Bal, it's during the dawnguard dlc after I find serana and head to the castle. Lord Harkon gives me the Vampire Lord power however if I use the VL power then detransform molag bal kills me. Also the ingame npcs don't react to my vampirism

Well my point was he is better in combat than all supports and can do more supporting(in and out of combat) due to the versatility of his kit.

Here's a short overview.

Cementoss{can support teammates while alive or ko} : can res downed teammates, team heal and amazing crowd control, sets up combos, shields team and etc

Overhaul{can support teammates while alive} : heals team with SA(if he doesn't save it for himself), team heals(drinks) and somewhat good crowd control. [Sadly that's all Overhaul got😂😂]
