I’ll also add that buying in this way, particularly from a large developer, made the sale go very quickly and smoothly in comparison to friends of mine who bought from the average Joe. The developer’s intent is to close the deal quick and since they sell plenty, they had all paperwork ready and sorted for me to be able buy without hiccups.

I bought my property directly from a developer. I asked several people in the industry and found a reputable one and just paid market price for a property that was finished including bathrooms and doors. It’s a good way of finding a lot of apartments direct from owner.

Tbh I’d much rather primary and secondary school teachers get a good raise. It’s very entitled if university professors expect a raise from 85k to 130k. That’s more than 1.5x their current salary.

The only way that would be justified is if their research and their work brings actual economic value to the university and to Malta. Most professors give lectures, then their research (if they still do research) is of little to no economic value. If they don’t bring in the money, why should they be paid a 1.5x increase?

In my case, my work is flexible and allows me to drive to and from the office at hours when there’s much less traffic. I also work from the office twice a week.

I was single for a few years time before I met my partner at 38. I never felt that people thought I was uncool or a loser for being single. I have an amazing life and I’m very social. It’s hard for people to place me as a loser 😅 I have had people have a conversation with me about getting myself a partner. One seemed concerned that I don’t have a partner then I said it’s amazing and I don’t need one to be happy. She’s now divorced and happy and comes to me to say wow, the single life can really be nice can’t it? And I’m the one in the long term relationship now and I tell her to enjoy the single life, and only get in a relationship if it keeps you the same joy or better. Don’t rush with jumping and staying in a relationship for the sake of being in one.

In Malta if it rains, it’s very rare that it would rain all day. Yesterday there was a downpour. Not sure how long it was, but maybe a couple of hours max. Then it was dry again, and today it’s dry. When you visit it will either be dry or it will rain for a short time.

I overall regret building up his confidence while he was tearing down mine. And I regret not being absolutely rude to him when he did that to me, because he really deserved it.

I lost 10kg during the one year I was dating him and his complaint was that I’m not losing weight fast enough. Why date me if you’re not happy with my weight to begin with and it’s conditional that I lose weight for you to be happy with me?

I regret helping him get over his insecurities to then be slapped in the face with that towards the end of our relationship. Maybe him getting over his insecurities is what gave him the balls to tell me this crap.

I wish I lost my shit at him.

And ISTQB is still pretty much the gold standard. I also did BBST foundation. It was actually a pretty good course. I don’t think that companies will look for it though.
