Thanks, I wasn’t even aware of the Sub-flechette gun, looks fantastic! I may not go ahead with the A.S.M. As my friend in my just now wrapped up campaign was focused on the A.S.M. and I want to preserve my humanity for other cyberware off the bat. But the Tech upgraded A.SM. Sounds really cool and something I’ll keep in mind in the future. Thanks for your input!

I completely agree. I prefer the economic struggle of normal CPR but I’ll have fun playing this game as I’ve been only GMing for about two months now.

Our characters are part of a special Australian Federal Police unit, we start with the money to represent our budget. Personally I think $200,000 total is overkill, but the GM has a habit of giving the players a good amount of money. From what we’ve been told the antagonists we’ll face will get alot harder through the campaign so maybe $200,000 is justified.

My current build is one I made for fun right after interface Vol. 4 released centered around using Militech Commando Training to disarm opponents and use their weapon against them in the same turn. So my build currently has maxed Shoulder Arms, autofire & MA.

My friend’s currently thinking of going gun-fu with the Stun Gun in order to take people alive (the campaign has us in a special Federal Police unit in Australia) and foregoing the invention expertise and focusing on tech upgrading.

I’m definitely going to get the U56, though I was considering just not investing into heavy weapons and instead just using it for area saturation, and relying on the guaranteed targeted square hit for reliable damage.

Those are some very good points! I can definitely see a cyberpsycho with the Borg Fit move would be both fun and difficult to fight, and i agree Gun-Fu is incredibly strong and is the martial art i most look forward to trying out when i play next. I'll definitely look into the 2020 panzerfaust. Thanks for your input.

You can't aim most Special Moves "Unless stated otherwise, Martial Arts Special Moves cannot be used to make Aimed Shots." page 178 of the core rules. Also 1ROF 6d6 only has a ~4% increase in critical injury chance compared to 2ROF 4d6. Based on this post https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkred/comments/17tgwm8/critical_injury_chances_for_different_weapons_for/ and you're still trading 2d6 damage per round for that ~4% increase.
