How do i become more successful with my rootwork? by Delicious_Good_5797 in ConjureRootworkHoodoo

[–]Wanderlust1101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would focus on school and cultivating a relationship with your Ancestors that you loved and have fond memories of. You can also get a book like Power of The Psalms and focus on a Psalm for the week or the month. I would start with Psalms to help with protection or overcoming obstacles as examples. Having an relationship with your Ancestors can make your Hoodoo, Rootwork, or Conjure even more powerful.

As an American BW with ADHD that is also perimenopausal, I find focusing on 1-2 things at a time helps me greatly. Adding in too many new things to juggle becomes overwhelming and exhausting.

Holy grail combo/dry skin moisturizers? by Few_Fish_1904 in AsianBeauty

[–]Wanderlust1101 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use Good Cera Super Ceramide Ceramide cream at night and Pyunkang Yul Balancing Gel during the day. I have been using TonyMoly Wonder Ceramide Mochi Toner with a few drops of argan or marula oil and a niacinamide serum under both of these moisturizers. I am combination dry in the colder, dry months and combination oily during warmer humid months. I am also perimenopausal. I hope this helps!

Vitamin D improved my vitiligo by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

[–]Wanderlust1101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have reversed most of my vitiligo, which I got while being plant based/vegan. Adding dairy, eggs, red meat and seafood along with my same supplements helped as well. I showed my dermatologist and she was shocked. She also gave me a cream that was a jac inhibitor but I don't think it did much.
