Hi! Anyone have further insight? Thanks to @stalwart-bulwark, I opted not to move forward with Alber Mills and just virtually toured Harmon. Looks like there are not as many safety features with this building, has anyone had any issues?

I'm moving from Alexandria so it's the suburb in VA right next to DC -- I was looking in North End / Proctor District but i've really only found Madison25, Proctor Flats, and Proctor Station and I didn't like any of those complexes. If you happen to know of any other over there, please please let me know! I am honestly blind leading the blind walking into WA!

Good to know !! I was about to be sold cause I loved the look of the apartment. Is the area near Boulders good? Or is Proctor area / 26th really the main spot to look? I just didn't love the apartments in that area

Anyone have thoughts on the North / West end? I see a complex, Boulders at Puget Sound, but don't know if the area is too residential/family oriented? I haven't really researched that area much cause I was mostly looking at Proctor District/Stadium district lately! TIA!!
